This is the latest system which enables you to level-up your Weapon and Shield, and you'll get random STAT (attribute) for your Weapon and additional ALL STAT (attribute: str, int, sta, dex) for your Shield. Pretty Cool, huh!? This is really great because you can farm (meaning you can collect penya and red chips) while leveling-up your weapon and shield.
And there's premium scroll at the Item Mall called "Scroll of Craftsman Wisdom"- using this scroll on your weapon/shield will reset it to level to 1 and give it a random new attribute ( example: STR, STA, ADOH, HP%, etc.). I haven't tried this one yet, but would like to give a try once I have enough IP.

Which is the fastest to level-up: Shield or Weapon? The Shield is the hardest to level-up, my Weapon is already at level 8 and my Shield is still at Level 3.
Where is the best place to level-up: Shield and Weapon? You can try at Level 300 monsters. You can level-up your Shield and Weapon while Farming Red Chips (RC) at Amnesia. Or at Crystal Cove.
