I tried several options like disabling my Anti-virus and firewall, deleting some files to re-patch again but still no luck. So, I have decided to post this issue at the Insanity Flyff Forum, check the post here.
A little background. It's been awhile since I played the game, and just recently decided to get back online; the game re-patched itself and everything went well, just this issue: "auto-close after character select".
Need some help. What could be the reason/or reasons and solutions when the game auto-closes without an error message after you have selected the character?
Just to be more specific, the latest patches were successfully downloaded/updated: So, this is what I did:
1. clicked the START
2. entered user & pass, then, clicked OK
3. this is now the window for character selection, right? so, selected a character then clicked ACCEPT
4. and then, for verification there's a pin box (and entered my pin code)
5. and loading...for about 10 seconds or plus, the game auto-closes without an error prompted.
